This kit works with your 2017 and later 203XR tractor and any 3E tractor (all years and variants except 3036E. If you have a 3036E, contact me to confirm fitment). This solution provides up to an 140% increase in the implement flow while maintaining the same flow to your steering. You can now run hydraulic implements with flow requirements requiring minimum flows of 13 GPMs as well as gaining better multi-function capability for the loader and backhoe at much lower RPMs.
