The HydrosPlus Backhoe Boom+ is huge. I mean, really. It’s big and heavy and nothing like the stock cylinder. But that’s what’s needed to make the JD backhoes, up to the 375A, a real backhoe that can push down small trees and let you maneuver the tractor around from the seat when you need to move side to side or even back and forth. Plenty of power to spare and based on the weight of the tractor, going bigger doesn’t do anything for power, but you’ll lose some speed. 270B and up, you can go with either, but the 2.75 is the way to go given the size and weight of this tractor, especially if you have fluid in the tires.
