HydrosPlus Loader+ upgrades for the 3E Series tractors. Fits all 3E loaders — the 300E, D160, and 305 are the same loader under different names, so every kit on this page fits yours. These cylinders have a 2″ bore with a 1.25 black nitride rod — the lift cylinders increase your lift capacity by ~75% and the tilt cylinders increase your tilt capacity by ~35% for a given pressure. These cylinders will put your 3E on par with the 3R models at a fraction of the cost. While it’s not required, it’s highly recommended that you have the HydrosPlus 2R3E Performance Kit since you will also lose ~75% of your speed in order to gain the 75% in lift capacity.
