HydrosPlus Loader+ and Flow+ Package has everything you need to supercharge your hydraulic and loader experience on your 3R tractor. This kit only works on machines with the 320R/H165 loader. If you have the smaller loader, you can purchase the pump and lift cylinder separately, but the tilt cylinders will not work on the 300R/H160 loaders. Check out the video playlist for all the details, but in a nutshell, you will get 2.5 bore tilt cylinders, 2.375 bore lift cylinders, and a pump that delivers over 14 GPM. This combination will make your machine work like a completely new machine, exceeding both the flow and loader capacity of the 4 series machines.
